The Board of Directors of Calgary Children’s International Summer Villages Association (“CISV” or “CISV Calgary”), registered charity 889098935 RR0001, gives notice that CISV’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on Sunday, October 22, 2023 for the following purposes:
1. To receive and consider the financial statements of CISV Calgary for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022.
2. To receive and consider the report to the Members.
3. To approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
4. To elect, and re-elect, CISV Calgary’s Board of Directors.
5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Members and non-members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, but only current CISV Calgary Members are entitled to vote.

Update 2023-11-16: A follow-up virtual meeting will be held to finalize some information which was not able to be discussed at the in-person Annual General Meeting. The meeting date, time, and other information will be posted here as soon as possible.
